We accept refund or return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging where applicable. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.
To request a return, contact us with your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer refunds for delivery delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or carrier issues outside our control. However, we will help investigate shipping problems whenever possible.
